You are trying to get new players into the game?

Some Evergreen keywords:

  • Battlecry: an effect that occurs when you play a card
  • Deathrattle: an effect that occurs when a card dies or all its charges have been used
  • Divine Shield: the first time a minion takes damage, it takes no damage instead.
  • Rush: a minion can attack immediately, but cannot target heroes on that turn.
  • Charge: a minion can attack immediately and can target heroes immediately.

Some Class-specific keywords:

  • Choose One (Druid): pretty self-explanatory, choose one of multiple effects when you play the card
  • Outcast (Demon Hunter): an effect that occurs when the card you play is the rightmost or leftmost card in your hand
  • Combo (Rogue): an effect that occurs if the card you played is not the first one played that turn

Some Expansion keywords:

  • Excavate (SitB): cards with Excavate add a random treasure to the hand with rarity depending on the number of times the player has excavated this game: (goes from Common → Rare → Epic → Legendary). There are 6 choices at each of Common Rare and Epic and the Legendary is always the same for a particular class you play, though not all classes have a Legendary excavate treasure.
  • Quickdraw (SitB): an effect that occurs if you have drawn the card this turn and you play it
  • Titan (TITANS): A special type of minion that has 3 unique abilities (they show as 3 dots at the bottom when the card is on the board). Only after all 3 abilties have been used can the minion attack.
  • Finale (FoL): an effect that occurs if when you play it you spend all your remaining mana for that turn
