That’s literally what happens when something is stolen.
That would require illegal activity (which I’m not going to do, and oppose), and I’d just as soon the company give EVERYONE their cards back.

Or when you cant find it. Not everything that cant be found is stolen.
Nah, it just requires you to look for the card you have lost in the expansion it was printed in. Nothing illegal about that. At all. They cant give back what they havent taken.
It is when someone else takes it.
It’s just like people have, and…They’re. Not. There.
They did and they should, but this is actiblizz.
No one took anything, you misplaced it.
Show me these people. You are the first I have seen in a LONG time mentioning this, so I can only assume, you are working of years old comments made before people actually realised where to find their marbles.
I’m not actiblizz. And Now I’m really insulted that you thought I was.
Ruh roh, you literally posted earlier:
Interesting how the story changed.
The best part about telling the truth is one’s story remains the same. Meanwhile those telling or defending dishonesty must try to keep their stories straight.
Oh, no Steamcleaner in Core. So the new expansion needs to bring a tech card that deals with Plagues or every Reno deck is dead meat.
Gear Shift is better as far as any layman can see. Explain why the card is inferior, please?
And you did not say anything about the fact that there is only 1 one mana spell in Core, which Luna would require to draw the two cards on turn 5 that you speak of.
I looked at current cards, and all i see with real potential is synthesize, which might work in ele mage with luna.
The rest are arcane bolt, flame geyser, shooting star, and snap freeze. None of which seem meta defining. Soulfreeze is just team5’s idea of a sick joke in mage, I think.
The Jainas gift card is one mana, but you would need far more mana to use it and luna in concert.
Seems really slow and impractical.
Again; I’m not trying to be deliberately obstinate. I just don’t see how you can defend the cards mage was given.
We have not seen the new card sets, and so just on the face of the evidence we have, mage gets one of the worst core sets that is coming.
I agree with every word here, with the exception of Counterspell. Almost an auto include in every mage deck, as we have no other cheap disruption for spells that I know of.
Other than Okani there is no other disruption for spells while being cast. There is certainly a lot of hand disruption but nothing like counterspell. It is absolutely core to mage identity.
I agree on Ice Barrier though, given that over the last couple expansions mage has been given access to a lot of armor gain. I would much rather have Flame Ward.
Only losers play those decks, so at least you can count yourself against the grain. Which is a good thing I think
Time warp mage is the only wild deck mage has been allowed. I hate it too, but unless team 5 suddenly becomes magnanimous, mage has no other viable deck in Wild.
I mean… they already are vs plague DK. Steamcleaner doesn’t fix the matchup. It just makes them feel better about their nearly guaranteed loss.
I don’t get it. I have a positive winrate with Reno DH into Plague DK and that wouldn’t be possible without Steamcleaner.
Maybe DH is getting the Jaina treatment.
I’m not sure about Reno DH specifically, that deck has no large scale data to go on.
I have a positive win rate against Reno warriors running 2x steamcleaner (one in ETC) as plague DK. The matchup is just horribly skewed in favor of plagues if the deck relies heavily on their highlander payoff card.
Same thing with shaman.
For most of the highlander decks, the steamcleaner is costing them more potential win rate in other matchups than it’s giving them from the times where you both queue into the plague DK, and it was the reason you beat them.
This is probably why it works in Reno DH, smh. Kurtrus is really bad and you are forced to put good cards in the deck to do anything at all, as weird as that sounds. Can’t just slam down Rheastrasza or Brann and win like other Highlander classes can.
Worth noting that most HL lists I see online have abandoned ETC, which is obviously where Steamcleaner goes. I stick Unleash Fel, Steamcleaner, and Theotar in my ETC. Works just fine since Plague DK can’t kill a control-oriented DH quickly most of the time.
Since Reno DH lacks a proactive win condition, they are dead in the water against Plague DK if they can’t clear Plagues. You just get chipped to death.
It’s unfortunate because time warp mage current lists are some of the most degenerate lists I’ve seen.
It’s just a personal opinion of course. I think the quest is fine and the reward is also fine, if you use it once. The moment one can play rewind, Rommath, reverb, etc snd take endless turns while the opponent cannot react, that’s where it is degenerate. Complete guttersnipe only matched in degeneracy by the other too wild decks like demon seed warlock .
I did. But fine, I’ll do it again.
Gear Shift is a 1 mana card that trades 3 cards (gear shift and 2 cards from your hand) for 3 cards that you draw. So unless you’ve dumped your hand, you gain no card advantage from it. So it’s a hand advantage neutral card. Except in specific scenarios where you’ve played out your entire hand.
Luna, is a 3 mana 2/4. So she comes with a body and board presence. She’s also a must kill target. Meaning instead of playing Nourish on turn 5, your druid opponent has to find some way to kill her. If he hasn’t been playing for board, that means dumping resources from hand. And the same goes for other classes with card draw, or with other value cards. You’re basically forcing them not to play them.
But she’s very particular to a specific sort of deck.
For example I made a dinner performer mage with a skeleton package. It’s actually a really fun and pretty solid deck.
That deck ran a lot of cheap minions (Victorious Vrykul, Egg, Banshee). That made it good with Dinner Performer, with Aegwynn and with Luna. I could drop Luna, then some of my 1 cost minions, and likely I was drawing another 1 cost minion. She would draw a lot of cards.
You seem to be trying to figure out how she works in like a control-y deck with expensive cards, and she doesn’t. Soulfreeze is actually a very good tempo card, though, and works very well with her, since you can play her and then protect her by freezing the opponent’s board.
Anyway, the bottom line is, Luna is about as good as most of the other legendaries in the core set. But she probably has more specific niche uses.
I personally, especially after rotation would have rather they kept Aegwynn (who’s actually a similar sort of use card), especially given that Luna feels like a Demon Hunter card, but I still think she’s pretty good and is a fun mechanical card.
Counterspell sucks unless you discount it or generate it randomly. It’s very, very easy for so many decks to play around it (people going second start the game with a way to play around it). Unless your opponent gets unlucky and has no way to play around it, and that just feels lousy. So it’s either terrible or it’s amazing. That’s not good design IMO.
If counterspell is some necessary flavour for Mage in standard (which I don’t think it is, but okay), they should find new ways to bring it into the game.
I cant imagine running this card in any deck I would play. It burns your face, right?
I mean; I see the upside for lock as that helps them, and they have mitigation.
I see nothing for mage at all. What am I missing?
3 damage to mitigate at least 3 damage is a good deal.
Didn’t they remove it?
I don’t think a coin can proc counterspell anymore
