That is because aggro is the only way to beat BP, as sad as it is to say. Midrange and control both get slaughtered because there is only so many ways to deal with big late game taunts (statue or lich king) or yshaaarj pulling heavy bodies on board. BP is being kept in check by aggro, but is keeping everything else that tries to play the late game in check.
