Now this bug is super weird, because yesterday everything worked normally.
I just started another Whizbang match, got the Murloc Deck (which usually starts with all 3 quests right from the beginning) but the game failed to launch any of the quests. I even had one of the quests on my starting hand in the mulligan phase, which usually never happens since the quests aren’t part of the deck.
It definitely does
I’ve ran a couple games to test it myself and I can see all of them in my replays https://hsreplay.net/replay/2fRttQeWqQAmHM2wAmjsS4
Mine doesn’t. When I play, the Decktracker just shows “Active Deck: None”. I clicked the class I originally created the deck with (Rogue): Nothing. I filtered for the name I gave the deck with all decks selected: No results.
Edit: Just saw your replay, so you captured the bug. You had one quest on your starting hand while the others weren’t activated. The deck usually starts with all 3 quests automatically applied, you don’t have to play them out, nor do they end up on your mulligan hand.
Edit²: Ah I see, under the “last replays” tab (didn’t know this exists) the Whizbang replays are visible. But it only shows the last few replays, no complete history.
No that’s not a bug, you always started with a special spell that plays the 3 quests at once
The original version of that spell didn’t even have the 2 draws attached, they buffed it later on
The replay only shows a single quest icon because you are not supposed to have multiple quests at the same time, but all 3 still are played
Ah, you’re right… somehow in my memory the quests were just applied in the beginning automatically. So I saw that I had only one quest on my hand and thought it’s 1 out of 3, and that it was different when I played it last time.
Weird that I remember it that wrong, but to be fair, that’s always been the least pleasant deck among all Whizbang’s for me. Anyways, thanks.
Yeah, Paladin is a bit slow but if you make it to the mid/endgame it’s freaking powerful. Many current aggro decks lose to the heal including Reno on T6. And Warrior is one of my favourites
The Shaman tries to squeeze 3 different mechanisms into one deck, and it just doesn’ work well together. You get double battlecry but barely any battlecries worth doing twice, you get cast spells twice, but very few spells to do so. And tons of murlocs aren’t really cutting it against other Aggro archetypes that have better support. The legendary Murloc is pointless since you’re never short on them, in fact there is most often not even space on your hand to launch it.
The worst decks to me are Automation Priest (unless you topdeck a perfect hand), the spell DK and Shaman.
