Where's my gold?

Over the past few days, the Hearthstone in-game shop has been permanently closed to me. I figured there was no problem here, and it would clear up, but I’ve just realized, that over the past few days of quests, I have received no gold for their completion. What gives? (Yes, I have tried restarting the app. Yes, the quest disappeared as if completed. No, I did not receive any gold.)

Update: I reinstalled Hearthstone entirely. The shop is still closed, but…I got my missing gold? Yay…

There was a bug which was fixed recently affecting some players. I would suggest you try this, which may help clear the issue if you were affected by this exact bug:

If that does not help, I suggest you open a customer support ticket (link at the top of this page) so they can check your account.

Tried it. The missing gold at least showed up.

The shop, on the other hand, is still very much closed.

Update: So I go to file that ticket. Suddenly, NOW, the Shop works when I pull it up to grab a screenshot. Amazing.
