I do not understand why I get 0 rating points when I take second and lower place and only 10 when I take first? My friend also gets 0 points for second place and 10 for first place. Is this a problem or is it intended?

It’s an acknowledged bug, and only seems to happen when queuing as a party, but has not yet been fixed yet, sadly.
Just had this happen, and I was not in a party. Placed 4th and got +0 rating.
