I really hope they don’t touch warlock, warlock decks are actually really balanced right now.
A 3 mana 2/2 is possible. When the devs said Pirate Warrior was going to be part of the balance patch, that basically meant “we’re nerfing Ancharrr”.
Yea can’t think of anything else except the 4/2 that requip ancharr. Take away it’s pirate tag maybe? That will be a light light nerf but may be impactful too.
Apparently Galakrond Zoolock is running rampant at lower ranks (20-10), which is why people feel Galakrond Warlock is probably in for some form of nerf. I personally don’t feel it’s an oppressive deck but I’m not a HS dev. Who knows, maybe they don’t touch Warlock and further nerf Shaman.
Realistically I don’t see it being anything other than Ancharrr which has a played winrate of about 70% atm. That’s about the same played winrate as 5 mana Luna’s Pocket Galaxy to give you some reference. That number is a higher played winrate than Prince Keleseth at his peak.
I agree with this except I think Open the Waygate spell requirement should be raised to 8-10 spells and increase the spell higher as well.
It’s not fair that they trashed quest rogue so heavily but allow mages to run free in wild with so many options of combo. Triple turns with Vargoth… 0 mana giants being played that effectively have charge because they get a second turn for 5 mana. Getting spells that don’t start in your deck is easy as mage in wild. Heck, you can even use the coin as a spell that didn’t start in your deck…so that is just plain BS.
There is some counter play against quest mage but it relies on heavily teched decks against them. I really have no idea what the point of nerfing Quest Rogue was for? Obviously they don’t have the same type of attention with the nerf hammer because secret mage is running rampant as well.
Okay? Then lower the cost of DQ Alex to 8 mana while still raising the cards generated to 1 mana. There you can play 1 card generated at 9 mana but not both.

These are targeted nerfs and you are off target. Alex and Waygate should be safe.
I had listed Warrior, Warlock and Shaman as the three strongest Galakrond decks. You clipped out Warrior from my post. I believe Warlock is weaker than Warrior and Shaman, but it’s still a strong Galakrond deck, so it’s possible it has garnered the attention of the devs.
If scion is nerfed then dragons pack definitely need one too. Apothecary and something from pirate warrior will def get nerfed but it might not be anchar since it’s a legendary and they might not want to give people dust refund for it. Although they’ve done it with pocket galaxy. I hope they slightly nerf res priest while buffing other priest cards but I doubt it.
Scion of ruin : Make it 4 mana or 2/2 .
Apothicary : Make it a 3/5 for 5 mana, or remove the draw card part.
Ancharrr : 2 stacks, or 1/3 stats.
Parachute brigand : nerf to 2/1
Skybarge : Nerf to 2/4
Hoard pillager : nerf to 3/1 .
Face hunter subquest : Summon only 2 leper.
Dragonpack : 5/5 or 4/6 or 2 overload.
Fiendish rite : give your DEMON (instead of minions) +1 attack.
Shudderwock: Repeat the battlecries of your MINIONS (and not all battlecries). This way we don’t get two time galakrond+arcanite reaper.
Need more neutral card for healing or armor at cheap cost too. face decks are too powerful.
I don’t see anything to change in paladin, mage, druid at the moment, they seems quite weak to me. I wouldn’t nerf rogue outside of deathrattle. I understand that priest annoy people too, but its one of my main class and tbh I lose quite a lot of game, I don’t see it as OP or anything, its just annoying. even if you let priest reach turn 10 you can still outvalue him with many classes, including war, rogue, or just kill with alex+antonidas and galaxy as mage.
Zephrys 2 mana tutor that gets you a card from outside your deck that is almost always the best thing for the situation and leaves a 3/2 body just shouldn’t exist in the game period. People called Shadow Visions broken but at least that didn’t leave a 3/2 body and it only got stuff in your deck which might not be relevant to your current situation and could fail if you drew all the copies of what you actually wanted or missed the discover on the card you wanted and hit 3 other targets instead. Nuetral Shadow Visions on Steroids that always hits and comes with a body shouldn’t exist in the game.
No duplicates restriction and this is a huge thing because you make your deck weaker and maybe don’t draw Zephyr, you pay the price for sure and maybe get the benefit.
This is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay weaker and unreliable in comparison of Galakrond decks, you play cards on curve, don’t lose any tempo at all, after that you can play insanely overpowered “If invoke twice…” cards and finally the totally busted, game winning, undercosted hero card giving you so many advantage so reliable make all highlander cards and decks feels pathetic weak in comparison.
Thinking about we need a least 5 more cards like Zephyr to have a real competiton here.

Rogue’s Bazaar Burglary quest require to get 4 cards from
other classes to your hand to get a Ancient Blades. If you get 2x Clever Disguise in your hand with Preparation you would be done within 2nd of your turn. Not to mention that Necrium Apothecary with combo Waxadred is becoming a problematic.
Hunter…sometime idk they do strong bust damage that driven me into fustration but same time they burn their hands very quickly.
People keep claiming the inconsistency of singleton but I just don’t see it. At least 1/5 of most decks in not more are legendaries which is already 1 copy fulfilling the singleton requirement. Then you have some tech cards which you in anyway and then you fill the rest with a bunch of card that have similar effects that you just wouldn’t have room to even fit the max copies while still retaining deck balance. Singleton is consistent. If it wasn’t consistent people wouldn’t be playing singleton just for 1 busted card. Singleton not being consistent is a fallacy that people use to justify busted cards.
It might be true is Hearthstone decks were over 30 cards and you were allowed multiple copies of legendaries in your deck and/or more than 2 copies of a card and didn’t have a bunch of overlap of similar effect for similar costs.
remove all effects that generates 0 cost cards. remove zephrys from game. fire every person responsible for this expansion being designed and released.
