The game has gone from being a fairly interactive game where good players are rewarded for reading hands and playing around key cards and plays your opponent can make, to simply being a form of solitaire, where you play what you have in hand as optimality as possible and just accept whatever op rngesus play your opponent makes that either wins him the game or loses on the spot.

I agree with all of this. It is glorified solitaire now.
And? The power creep has turned even Standard into baby Wild.
