Secret passage would be a better card to ask for it to go back at 1 mana.
Burgle effects are a meme IMO, and probably more likely than not what made the class go to the bottom of the chart.
If you roll good your opponent feels cheated for loosing to random generated 
or you roll terrible and need to pull a literal miracle to win, the most likely scenario
i dunno, the card is pretty good in eudora nogg mage!!! one petty theft and the two spells activates eudoras rewards and ya get the copy reward and on turn nine ya get 7 noggs on board!!! pure meme, but fun to try to pull off
