Unable to reroll?

[Updated 12/5] The team is aware of reports that the new duplicate re-roll feature did not work during pre-release weekend pack openings, and is working on a solution for affected players. Update: Soon after expansion content unlock (planned at 10am Pacific tomorrow), everyone who missed getting a reroll offer that they were supposed to get will have one offered to them. This will pop-up at first login after the fix goes live. IMPORTANT: Do not disenchant the card that will be offered to reroll or you won’t get the re-roll offer. For example, if you got Golden Liadrin and Signature Liadrin during pre-release, then don’t disenchant Golden Liadrin. Re-login after the content unlock and you’ll get the re-roll offer pop-up. (Note that these re-roll offers are being created in batches, to come as soon as possible after content unlock, so you may not get it immediately at content unlock, but it will come very shortly thereafter.

I received a diamond version of a legendary card from the Battle Pass, later I got a signature version of the same legendary card from the pack. Is this a bug and will I be able to reroll later or is it supposed to be like this?
