Some player make accounts more than 10, and operate them in the same time.
So they can get 20 packs or more.
This make people who get 2 packs honestly fool.
First of all, this is not a bug, so you should not post in the Bug Report forum.

Second, there is no way to gift packs from one account to another, so if this happens then those free packs are all stuck on these new accounts. I really don’t see how anyone would benefit from having 10 new accounts with 2 packs each.
So frankly, I think someone tried to pull your leg and you fell for it.
