Nerf to Twilight’s call? Spell is not resurrecting any deathrattle minions whom got silenced.
Not a nerf but a bug. Twilight Call at this time erroneously does resurrect non-deathrattle minions that were given a deathrattle while in play, and equally erroneously does not resurrect deathrattle minions that lost their deathrattle (due to silence) before dying.
The first part is explicitly mentioned in the known issues topic (Known Issues List 2019 - Updated Dec 12th - #6 by Aelathera). The second part is not mentioned but is probably the exact same root cause.
