When the new Transfer Student is “Discovered”, it has no effect. Discovered this when playing it on the latest brawl. I recorded a video with shadowplay, if theres a way I can attach it?

Did you actually play it after discovering it? If it’s just sitting in your hand, of course it has no effect.
Or do you mean it had no effect text written on the card?
This just happened. Played Explore Un’Goro turn one coined. Play a few discover cards then turns later played another discover card . Transfer Student was a choice . Choose it . It doesn’t change the card text in hand and play it ,paper airplane animation and nothing happened . I believe it was to Adapt because we were on the Journey to Un’Goro board .
