UPD: Tested it specifically with Cariel to taunt and preferably take damage, Aranna, who would jump to the bench, so that Ysera’s Verdant breath wouldn’t have any other targets, and Ysera — and I can’t confirm the issue with this setup, neither have I noticed it in PvP. Could you specify under which circumstances you observed a problem and how one could reproduce the situation to test it?
Could you elaborate what what you mean in particular? Elune’s Grace with Band of the Wilds can make her third ability cast twice, but since the latter transforms after each cast, this should, roughly speaking, advance the quest by two steps. The same applies to the second ability.
