I play a lot of aggro, so I’m no stranger to ‘friend requests’. It’s not nice to hear such stuff just because somebody can’t keep their emotions in check over a game.

Looking at HSR data since 21.8 launched, QMage playrate peaks at 8.7% in Silver, dropping below 5% in Diamond and even below 4% in Legend (2.1% in top 1k).
The deck’s playrate has absolutely tanked.

I don’t care if it’s QM, Murloc Warrior or Even Demon Hunter, it’s still poor form. Trust me, I’m no lover of the deck myself, but I wouldn’t make qualitative judgements of the player’s character based on that just. I just think they’re a bit weird.
Yeah maybe ‘get help’ was a bit blunt. But it may do you good to step away from the game and take some deep breaths at least before making yourself look a bit of a wally on here.

If you dont want to stop playing I’d advise you play Hunter until you get to a bracket where you dont meet them any more. Because in high ranks they aren’t seen.

Honestly, it’s just the frequency. If everyone else has noticed, I didn’t cry about it being a “solitare deck” or any issues with no minions, etc.
I didn’t even complain about ignite.
Just tired of seeing it so frequently.
And others have gone to the “math” and “charts”, but that’s a statistic. That doesn’t always truly represent one data point, ME.

I’m not offended, man. My whole point from the start was that if this game is upsetting you enough to publicly insult other people for the deck they like to play just because you see it a lot then you need to take a break.
Exactly. Having a run of rotten luck really sucks. How many times have we seen people frustrated that they keep running into the counter to their deck and then when they switch, they get matched up with the counter to the new deck. And they come here and vent (and claim rigged matchmaking). I hope you get a better day today.

I’m not exaggerating or generalizing. You insulted people for liking/playing Quest Mage and it is just uncalled for. No game is worth getting upset enough over to publicly insult people for enjoying things you find frustrating. I do know the frustration though and I’ve been there in the past and you really just need to walk away or vent privately to a friend if that is what helps you instead of making threads like these.
Its the toxic way it was phrased. I have every sympathy for the frustration of the experience, but I can’t condone taking it out on the playerbase. My empathy is with them for being insulted in that way.

If you truly are seeing them in 50%+ of your matches, your are an anomaly, not the standard. Person Experience =/= Universal Experience.
Even post-nerf, it wasn’t at 50%+ popularity. ~20% at best. Now, it’s lingering in purgatory.
