There are a lot of decisions to make in that deck, like trading an undead unfavourably just to get the nerubian visier out, whether or not to force to play the undead the turn before instead of a favourable burn on a minion turn, whether or not to mulligan the frostwyrms furies, because sometimes you don’t live long enough to use them and they just brick your hand. Whether or not you hero power on turn 2 and don’t clear their minion to trade your burn later on. Even some skill elements in choosing which cards to discover. If you are not thinking about these key elements then you need to think about how DK works and that is why it has like a 5% lower winrate in lower ranks, because these decisions are not widely understood by lower capacity players (sorry).

Compare this to the minion based deck, I have a 1 drop, play it, I have a 2 drop, play it… so forth. The only decision a lot of the time is whether or not to trade and often times if you go first you should never trade because you already have the initiative. If you go second then the answer is almost always to trade because you don’t have the initiative. I wish the game had more complexity than that but it really doesn’t.
