The problem with the game is Blizzard

They don’t have a card drawn rigging patent for RNJESUS’s sake!

Even though it literally talks about this very aspect of it, and they clearly apply it with diablow immaoral payportal.

But of course, tell us more about how you know more than what their own documents tell us!

previously on this post:

right before you try and handwave that how that can’t possible be 2 players going against each other…because reasons. Even though that’s exactly how the patent says it works, has no upper or lower (except for one player being matched with another player) limit.

By showing it off to other players, and as we found out with diablow immoral pay portal, feeding other players to the ultimate card in the actiblizz games: the credit card. If you p2w enough, you eventually get matched out of all matchmaking possibilities.

“OH NOES! We’ll fix that!” they said when this hit the cycle. By that, they were going to make it harder for people to detect, as with their other tinkering with the system. Can’t have whales not spending!

It’s about making them spend more, and getting those matched with them to spend more.

have a matchmaking patent.

coc violating post violates coc.

Naturally, liek every other post pro company posters make in threads like these, the mods turn a blind eye, because they act as the goon squad for the company. But note how quickly some of the posters in here cry about the language of other posters in anti company threads. I don’t condone it, but it shows the double standard. Plus, it shows they don’t have a counter argument, only insults, name calling, and “NUH UH” for a “rebuttal.”

Don’t take anyone’s word here for it if you are curious about this issue:read the patent for yourself, read up on how it was used in diablow immoral payportal (the final form of the matchmaking patent used in other actiblizz games for years, including hearthstone) and make your own conclusions.

Then decide who is right: someone who regularly calls out the company for their wrongdoings, or those who literally make it a point to troll every post made calling out the company’s bad calls.

I call logical fallacy!

False dichotomy.

There’s other options beyond:
A. Someone who regularly calls out the company
B. Troll every post made calling out the company’s bad calls

Here’s a few:
C. Person with a grudge against the company who makes up false accusations
D. Person trying to set the record straight in a BS filled forum

I am accusing you of being a Robespierre, a Joseph McCarthy, a Cotton Mather.

names, nothing more. Typical bad faith posting.

Interesting the ever increasing desperation and increasing coc violations (which the mods will ignore) and the continued lack of actual rebuttal.

But they can’t, because diablow immoral payportal showed the patent for what it really was. So they fall back on their typical arsenal of red herrings, ad hominems, and distract, deflect, and deny.

Typical in these kinds of discussions: those who act as spokespersons or promoters for the company don’t actually have to argue in good faith, they just have to show up in droves and shout down anyone who dares question their corporate overlords and browbeat anyone who questions them in the hopes they will leave.

I hope the FTC burns all of the monopolies to the ground and doesn’t stop until there is nothing left until your corporate idols are all gone.

All approved by the mods, team 5 and actiblizz as they never do anything about it. Up to and including real threats, hate speech and bullying posters who have stated they were on the verge of suicide.

Is that better or worse than Increase?

As long as Right Wingers and no small amount of Left Wingers have power this won’t happen

Somewhere between a cotton gin and a cotton/polyester blend. Maybe.

I doubt very much the theory that a player can overcome a bad deck consistently enough to hit legend. I believe it is doable with any competitive deck but not a bad deck. Maybe I misunderstood the original statement.

And there is a response with no substance hahahahah. Nice try

Anyone who thinks either political party cares about anything but power is naïve.

Or maybe I did. I thought you were saying an off meta deck cannot be taken to Legend.
I have seen Shy do it many, many times.

I meant bad deck. It was probably my mistake.

By definition, anything deemed “bad deck” can’t hit legend consistently because if it did, it wouldn’t be called a “bad deck” now would it?

This is like saying “A bad NFL team can’t win back to back Superbowls”. Well of course they can’t, because if they won back to back Superbowls they wouldn’t be a bad team now would they?

And if you define a deck as “bad” as just being “not meta” then you are provably wrong. People used to make this argument a lot several years ago saying that a basic Free to Play deck with extremely basic cards can’t hit legend - and this was back when legend was much harder to hit. And streamers did it all the time with a basic aggro Hunter deck that wasn’t even a meta deck nor on the radar and would be considered a very substandard deck.

Yeah I made a comment about your statement when I was wrong and misunderstood what was said. That was my fault.

Fair enough. Thanks for the acknowledgement, I appreciate it.

Hi, sorry, late to the party. Yeah I literally queue up Priest and smash everything in my path non stop. Even when the algorithm forces me into a bad matchup I just spam “Wow…” and they rage concede. I have beaten the system and my win rate is 100%.

Dude, what the actual are you even talking about? The patent in question has nothing to do with DI. Absolutely nothing.

What you’re doing here is making it blatantly obvious that you haven’t read the patent and actually have no idea what it is. Just like the fake news journalists who covered it in the first, you’re assuming that no one will read it, and you’re using it as a blank check to mean whatever is the worst one can imagine if ActiBlizz. But a patent isn’t a blank check, it’s very much filled in, as anyone who bothers to actually read it can see.

You are the one falling back on red herrings. You are the one deflecting and denying. You are the one arguing in bad faith. And it’s clear that you will continue to do so, not because Blizzard and their apologists do so already — that’s just the lie you sell to yourself — but because you just straight up enjoy to do so.

Marcoscongas is right about you. You are a despicable person, and I’m done with you. Do not bother replying to me, as you’ll be ignored by then.

Who is Increase?

They have to be quite terrible to compare with Cotton Mather. Getting all those girls killed on baseless accusations.

Cotton’s father. Cotton learned at his feet.

I agree with everything you are saying but have you seen Marvel snap? The algorithms are way worse. What is the common factor? Ben Brode.

People praise him for walking away from Blizzard but he was the source of the corruption. He just figured a way to capitalize more money into his own pocket by leaving Blizzard.

The truth is, digital gaming is dead. It is all rigged algorithms and micro transactions. Rng and gotcha mechanics. It has spread to every company in the industry and is the cause of this massive industry wide bubble these companies find their stocks in. The only answer is to stop spending on this trash and let the bubble pop. Let these greedy pricks lose everything they gouged us all out of for over a decade now.

It’s time for the great reset.

Sure…and lobbyists have nothing to do with influence on legislation.

Now approaching maximum projection!

I was wondering when someone would actually bust out the actual words “fake news.” Interesting how some who would bristle, and actually become outraged at attacks on the “free press” have zero to say here, because their corporate overlords are under attack and have zero qualms about stomping on the press because the press ran a story that completely destroys their narrative.

Funny that.

First honest thing you’ve said about the patent in a long time.

Statements not supported by actual fact.

Note, for those paying attention the lack of actual substance in the pro actiblizz posts. Just a metric ton of ad hominems, “NUH UHS,” screaming “FAKE NEWS,” and so on.

Keep in mind, at any point that if what was said about the patents by any news outlet were false, actiblizz could have sued these news outlets for libel, and forced them to print a retraction. This has happened in the past when news outlets have knowingly printed false stories, but this never happened.

The radio silence from actiblizz on the patent (other than trying to squelch all discussion of it, and having their goon squad shut down all discussion of it when it pops up) proves one thing: that what has been written about the patent is true, and anyone who reads the patent for themselves can see it.

But the company and its defenders don’t want you seeing the patent for yourselves. They don’t want you seeing how diablow immoral payportal is the final form of what they have been doing in their games for years.

Anyone who dares question their narrative will get called names, harassed, and all manner of hateful coc violating acts their mods will ignore…just like every other despicable act their pro company goon sqaud gets to carry out with impunity.

Because the frat boy culture at actiblizz gets rewarded.

Only if the super wealthy pushing for it eat bugs and own nothing for 50 years first.
