The match up system is so rigged, not even funny

Welcome to Hearthstone, the biggest scam ever invented. The game is obviously rigged as hell. If it’s any consolation, BG is manipulated as well. I see in almost every game a rigged bot (ShinyPants, DirePants, HappyPants…). They are there to prevent you from winning too much… They often have unrealistically high stats very early und impossible board changes (e.g. full golden quilboar board, 2 (!) turns later full golden beast board). Or you pick Chenvaala and don’t get a single elemental in the whole game. Funnily enough, the devs don’t even care anymore to conceal this scam.

Did you drop your steam cleaner and just laugh and laugh and laugh as their portrait exploded? That’s what I do in those games.

Bro, you play mage and say this without a hint of irony.

Epic.

It can’t be a skill issue, though, right? That’s too obvious. It has to be a nefarious conspiricy to specifically keep you down. I agree.

I rarely agree and didn’t see the whole post, but players that don’t suck don’t make dumb posts like the op, who I assume he’s referencing.

Not just now here, no, but to act like you don’t insult anyone is hilarious. Team five and their families would like a word.

This word is consistently over used and misapplied.

I kno, right? Shocked.

Welcome to ignore, thank you for staying.

It is kind of hard to claim paying customers get favorable match-ups. I just saw a youtuber the other day playing on a new account and the first loss equals to delete the account. He did not pay, but all he faced were bots through to the platinum ranks. he then got tired of playing bots bought some package on the account face a real opponent and he got destroyed.

Anyways, that argument is the same argument everyone uses that the game is rigged: I have just done this, and this outcome happened the game is rigged for paying customers. It still does not prove it is rigged and that it is not rigged.

Lol.

Completely allergic to facts, I get it.

Hope ignoring me here helps you win more games.

I don’t believe it’s definitely rigged (it might be because at the very least: Activision has literally filed a patent that describes rigging games with methods like “make the new player want the item the player who won over him had”).

I was mainly pointing out the technical problem in that argument (that unless you show paying and non-paying customers separately: the overall stats prove nothing).

IN REALITY: most probably the “problem”(or actual problem) is that the game is just mostly old players and after Diamond ~10 you start facing actually good players.

Yep its a conspiracy. Blizzard wants to keep you specifically from reaching that next rank milestone because reasons. Maybe that kid you bullied in school is now working at Blizzard and for his revenge he sent the rigging AI at you so you never win a game of Hearthstone.

Even if you are polite about it they will say that you are wrong.

Can someone explain the math to me about how everyone gets queue into their counter by rigging AI? If I queue into a counter it’s +1 for me but for my opponent it’s a -1. How does that add up to everyone being rigged to a counter deck? For every queue into a counter deck there is an equal but opposite queue into a favored deck. Does Blizzard rigging AI break the laws of math or science or something. If Blizzard has that kind of reality warping power why do they limit themselves to rigging Hearthstone games?

I’m confused. What’s more important for them than whatever it is that I’m doing?

The game is obviously not rigged!

LOL!!!

Maybe…just maybe…it’s “dare i say it” …Random?

This is the same ultra thin (so thin it doesn’t wash) “reasoning” for people who troll you that I point out doesn’t work either.

No, it’s not.

There’s more than one magic class in the game.

That you posted this without the least bit of self awareness (and most likely will make more like it in the future) never ceases to amaze me.

Not in this case.

True, but it doesn’t mean that we can’t be civil discussing topics. Somethin scrot knows all to well about being on the receiving end of.

Whenever I see that in connection with this game, I suddenly recall a quote from the silence of the lambs:

“Clarice, doesn’t this random scattering of sites seem desperately random - like the elaborations of a bad liar? Ta, Hannibal Lecter.”

I have never seen this, why are you lying?

All I know is that as soon as I hit diamond 5 all I get matched up against are legend players

I think you misunderstand about where the hurt feelings reside.

I’m feeling fine, I’m just laughing at the millenials calling everyone who disagrees with their warped views “gaslighting” when all it is facts.

I literally have told one that worked for me that their work product wasn’t good enough, explained why, showed them ways to improve it, and then was told that I was mean and that they were going to sue me for harrassment. I told them that critiquing performance isn’t harrassment, and they told me to stop trying to gaslight them.

This is a similar situation.

I read enough to know I agree that the op’s post is a skill issue, and it really is a skill issue.

Whoosh.

He’s complaining about magic while playing a spell class, which is hilarious. It’s like paladin going after another class for too much divine shield and mana cheating.

It’s fine, I know you’re going to get your bot army out to get more post taken down like yesterday.

There is no such thing as “desperately random” and I despise that line because it makes Hannibal a fool who doesn’t understand basic mathematics.
