The Dalaran Heist - Game freezes

Now I have already gone through support and they sent me here, just to be clear there is nothing on my computer that is causing this. Four times now after starting on the 2nd or 3rd boss in The Dalaran Heist the game freezes with the “done button” telling me that it’s the “enemy’s turn”, but it has my character highlighted to play and restores my crystals but won’t let me play a card or my hero power. The only way to continue after it freezes like that is to concede the game, loosing any progress and starting over.

Also I have screen shots but I didn’t see an option to add them?

Thanks for the report. If possible, please provide the following information:

  • Is this encountered on PC, or other platforms?
  • Does it occur with a specific boss or several different bosses?
  • Have you tried restarting the client? The Heist should reconnect to your same game and sometimes resolves issues such as this without having to concede the game.

This is on a PC, and this has occurred with the boss Marei Loom. Thank you for the update! This appears to be an issue with certain effects that shuffle and then draw cards (such as Marei Loom’s hero power). We have been investigating this bug and are working on a fix. Thank you for your patience.

Why wouldn’t you disable Marei Loom while you work on a fix? I don’t understand the logic in leaving up a broken boss that freezes the game?

I just want upvote this tread for faster resolve as i encountered same problem.

just happened to me on archmage khadgar smh not very happy considering he is the 12th boss and i just made an insane comeback.
