No. The blizzard bots are removed from the game and these don’t play like those bots.
No, not even playing a meta deck. It’s just core cards and trash. They are likely Asian arena farm bots.
Here’s what it looks like. This is platinum wild ranked and I didn’t try to win. I just kept the board and stuffed plagues in his deck while waiting for them to kill the bot.
All the decks are pretty much this with a couple of class cards sometimes.

That’s a whizbang deck, most likely. They play many cards that are typically illegal in standard.
That was my point, yes. I’m platinum 5 and still hitting bots more than humans.
Edit: And by the blessed light of Elune can we PLEASE get Renathal out of the game completely? I am so sick of that stupid card. Every human player I see in wild is using this stupid, stupid card. It just should not exist in this game.

Well, I saw so many with the typical Blizzbot names, and I saw Whizbang decks in Plat, so I took note of these things. I swear there were bots with lame decks that weren’t Whizbang. As I said, I took note of when it was Whizbang because I hate stupid RNG like that ruining the game. I’m so glad it’s not competitive, but wow how I saw so many people trying in Plat. It’s kinda frustrating cause they’d get a good start and I’d be like, “Am I seriously going to lose to this?!” Thankfully not.
Anyhow, it is possible that botters are now copying the Blizz nameing conventions and there was a lot of coincidences and I missed a Whizbang or two going off, but there are definitely bots in Plat in standard–maybe not Blizzard ones, but they sure look like them.
Literally all you have to do is not provide your own name and it autonames you. You’re so ignorant in this thread that it hurts.

You know, like NeonGhost or ShinyPants or whatever.

I’m talking about clearly bot decks, though, usually with tokens or whatever, full of older cards. You know the ones. The ones you used to only see in Silver and Gold that have the same play patterns and they like look at one card, bump it, put it back, then play it instantly.
Player or bot, I don’t know how the heck those decks are in Plat.
Platinum is a participation trophy rank. It’s not that the bots don’t belong there, it’s that if you are there and you think that you’re good, you’re not. The bots are evidence that Plat players on average are garbage.

no they all play the same deck a standard deck at that and they never once hit your minions unlesss its a taunt minion. Its horrible and boring. I could name the whole deck in my sleep i’ve played against it so many times this week

I’ve had this exact same situation always the same deck exact same cards every single time, they do not engage with the board at all unless taunt and always face no exceptions even when I have exact lethal on board and they have no out they do not even try to interact with board its so obvious that its a bot, they will have either chinese name or random assorted name consisting of upper and lower case letters.
I have faced more bots than real players at this point, it has never been the case for this game in my 5+ years of playing, what the hell is happening to your game!?!? Sort it out guys.
my last 5 games have been bots… 4 of those had Chinese names… I am considering quitting the game at this point if you do not wish to fix the issue…

Its a good idea but its a good idea that comes in the face of a ridiculous problem. There already is a seperate queue, or at least there should be. It’s called Solo Campaign.

I was playing handbuff DK on Wild today and got from Gold 10 to Plat 8 only meeting 3 humans on the way.
Doesnt bother me: easy wins and I can knock off achievements I’m aiming for with the deck (currently looking to play 50 Dissonant cards so I can get the Audios and save 400 dust on crafting). They don’t even auto-concede when you have fatal on the board so you can draw matches right out to knock off whatever achievements (like summoning 22 Rambunctious Stuffies in a single game 
)
It is a seperate mode, it’s wild. non bot 30 card decks are pretty rare.
player bots, it always pauses when it cant face attack because of taunt. It never concedes, it runs 2x stormwind commander. I dont think I ever had a worse game then 20 hp left on win.
they are in silver and gold, take the free wins and once you platinum you should not see them.
There are no Blizzard bots in Standard anymore.
