Since this week’s Brawl is featuring decks which won tournaments, one could argue that Mercenaries 14, which totally dominated the Burndown Brawl back in July 2019, was the champion of that Brawl. That Brawl’s point was to find the most powerful deck, after all. So I believe this is intended, but this is just my own speculation.
