exactly same issues and it’s really annoying. so we just can’t brawling this week i guess. thanks blizz.
Quick update fellow players who are affected by this this is a simple quote from my ticket response
We know you and other players have spent a lot of time with our games and i can understand your point of view of being compensated. If there’s any compensation it would go to all affected and any compensation would be implemented by the Hearthstone team directly in game. The Game Master staff is unable to compensate this way individually. We also are not able to guarantee that the Hearthstone team will offer compensation.
So anybody wondering that we should be compensated or how they get their wins worth that got botched up by this bug,that will be the kind of polite reply you will get telling you tough luck,hope by sharing this I save some of you guys time raising tickets,also rest assured they sure know about this now, what remains is how they will address it…

Same issue here, got stuck with my previous 4 card deck.

I sure hope they resolve this for those of us affected by it. I would hate to have lost access to brawl until they get it fixed. Especially before they release the new expansion cause they something like to offer new expansion decks as rewards.

This is one of my favorite brawls and I can’t even do it cuz it is bugged.

Same issue appears to still be unresolved. We’re going on a new Tavern Brawl in 48 hours or so, and many of us still can’t play, and lost our entry fee for the run we were in when Blizzard took it down. I commented on a different, smaller thread, after being asked to do so by CS. Would love to see a dev response to this thread, and maybe a mod consolidation of all the Tavern Brawl threads with the same issue.
If they don’t fix it, it seems fair to give us a free pack since we should be able to have the chance to earn one with the tavern brawl after one win. I have been locked out this whole time.
Are there arena type rewards for this tavern brawl? If so that is very upsetting.
So they finally fixed it so that my brawl deck wasn’t 4/3 cards and locked. I played Top 3 and won my match. Then, received no pack reward.
So now I got zero rewards for my Brawliseum run, and then no pack for the weekly substitute brawl!
