The point is that the Hearthstone designers keep pushing these play patterns, which is why I keep saying my beef is with the design team, not development. There’s no way they didn’t know this was going to lead to ppl dealing 40 damage on turn 4 in Wild, but they release it anyway and wait for the crescendo of complaints before doing anything.
In other words, the terrible experience of playing the 30 or so games against a deeply unfun deck is the problem, and even if it “fixes itself” (which is debatable, because the deck will certainly exist at lower ranks, giving new players terrible gameplay experiences…) those 30 games still happened… and will keep happening every expansion if the design team doesn’t start caring about wild or the development team doesn’t start being a little more proactive with Wild maintenance.
