I finally reached 499 wins on Mage on ladder. But since last night and continuing today I do not get credit for the 500th+ win on Mage. I contacted support but any wins there-after are still not being credited to me while playing Mage. Hoping i could get some help on this.
I also made this 7 minute video of a full game after reaching 499 wins. Which should have been the 500th.
Best to reply in the larger thread on the subject with a Blizzard reply asking for specific information.
To be honest, not been on this forum before. Was just forwarded by a reply from a web ticket. And it had only occured since last night. Had no trouble until hitting 499

Thank you very much. Fixed now, wasn’t even aware I had arena rewards pending honestly. Resolved.
