Sticky Fingers does not work (still - May 2021)

Sticky Fingers can be clearly seen not discounting a spell that I have seen it discount before. Turn 5, I use Thrive in the Shadows (that was discovered by Shadow Visions previously) to discover a copy of Shadow Word: Void. The newly discovered COPY of the spell ‘Shadow Word: Void’ was not discounted.

Cards that didn’t start in your deck cost (1) less, but not less than (1).

Thrive in the Shadows does not discover a copy. It discovers the actual spell. Thus it did “start in your deck” even though it came into your hand in a non-standard way.
