it is not only Reno or Brann. There are too many broken archetypes. it is just that Reno/Brann are slightly more powerful than rest.
Just look at decks like Hero power Druid. That thing is an abomination too but just overpowered by another one. it is same for nearly all the decks out there.
Lets take weapon rogue into account a third tier deck it can easily buff weapon to 16 damage. 16 damage is no joke but only a single card snake is capable of ruining it.
What I mean is that decks at meta are broken and you guys target the most played deck all the time which gets replaced by next abomination of deck.
Team 5 screw up big for years. I am considering to dust my entire collection and stop playing at once. If they would allow me to sell the account I would sell it for 100 bucks right away.
I said elsewhere, and I truly believe, that they print cards to please corporate and themselves.
They don’t give a farthing for what players think.
That is true nobody would buy an expansion if it would be not powerful enough to define new meta. With each expansion level of power creep and what deck can do increases only at rotations it regress a little bit “this year it didn’t happen.” But it climbs back and goes forward pretty fast.
They print bunch of cards and combos that provide too much value for per mana. There were times that flame strike was strongest aoe removal. Now it is played if mage discovers it when they need it but they never do.

Standard is a subset of Wild, so all Standard cards are also Wild cards. Therefore, it’s perfectly normal for Standard to be as chaotic as Wild.
Wild is subset to standard. Wild’s like standard’s junkyard.
Standard was made for new players, instead of moving further they rotter there.

I would stretch it to be more like they did the bare minimum. Sure, things are a bit better, but power creep, Discover mechanics, mana cost reduction etc etc are all things needing of a check-up.

I’m having tons of fun in low wild right now. It’s pretty much all I’m playing.
I see unique decks, lots of things that try to play the board, minion trades, and the like.
My only complaint is nearly every single deck there runs Renathal, which is just annoying.

In a world where Team 5 is unwilling to revert Sorcerer’s Apprentice in Wild, then Brann is way too good in Standard.

No mention of the DK plague deck, which is being used in at least half of all Standard ranked games in this expansion and the last…
You’re the only one complaining about DK everywhere currently. It has become low tier since plagues no longer work against Brann. I was playing DK in top 100 standard before patch and stopped playing standard because Brann is overpowered.
I don’t even want to play any other class. I don’t feel like playing in a meta where Brann exists and has no counter. Arena is much more fun. By the way I agree with the topic, standard is broken since a long time. How is it ok to have 2 8/8 on board turn 4 or OTK someone turn 5 without any board?

I disagree with that logic. Why not print a 10/10 for 2 mana as a neutral card then. Even if everyone can do the same, that would not be a great experience.
