I wouldn’t call gilding Legendaries this way free - if you keep regular Baku, you get 1600 dust. If you dust regular and craft Golden, you get your dust back and have 400 from disenchanting, so you miss out on additional 1200 for “gilding”.
As for Stag and Moth - Odd Druid and Priest aren’t a thing, and don’t have a reason to be a thing. Especially Priest IMO. So 95% safe disenchants after collecting the dust from rotation.
