Secret Passage VS Corrupt cards

I just encountered a bug where secret passage failed to shuffle back corrupted cards. I played secret passage to draw 2 Nitroboost Poison, Tinker’s Sharpsword Oil, Deadly Poison. I used my remaining mana to play Oil, corrupting the 2 Nitroboost Poisons. At the end of the turn the nitroboost poisons were not shuffled back - I guess since they were replaced with their corrupted version they weren’t recognised as drawn by Secret Passage. Surely this isn’t the intended behavior?

I do have a screenshot of this, but don’t know how to post it.

Most Corrupt cards transform into new Corrupted versions. Cards that transform lose any effects on them.
