During opening my seasons reward chest, the reward card packs and reward card is missing in my inventory. And i did not receive my seasons chest reward. This happen twice already. For the month of june i rank platinum and for the month of july i rank diamond all in standard game.
Im hoping to fix this issue and claim my seasons reward for the june and july.

I’m having the same problem. Also, 8 of my 90 pre-order packs are mysteriously missing. What is going on here?
The pre-order bundle is not 90 packs, but 80. You have 82. Those are the 80 from the pre-order, plus 2 from the season chest. (You should have received 2 Ashes of Outlands packs, but due to a bug the packs you received were Scholomance. This bug affected everyone and it won’t be fixed.
