My last new ranked wins in wild have not registered. I noticed because I have 499 win and was expecting my golden Mage.
I am in the same boat with my Warlock. I put a support ticket in, and was told by the GM there wasn’t anything they could do. They suggested I post here. My Google–ing lead me to threads back in 2016 regarding this issue, and there was a stikcy at that point, but it has since been deleted. All I can find is posts referring to it or suggestions to try a ticket.
