It’s not an entirely big ask for a quest priest to beat control war. They should be favored in that matchup.

… Do you have data on that, or are you winging it? Because control warrior exists and the quest is still playable, and still? Control warrior also existed last expansion and the quest was also playable. As small a part of the population as C. Warrior is, Q. Priest was always less (except for an very specific period of the last expansion) because it’s an worse deck.

It’s one of many things that make later game win conditions a waste of time in hearthstone, even as one of the slowest inevitabilities, why would you ever run anything late game that doesn’t automatically win the game with stuff like that able to match/beat you in speed?

Because Q. Priest is incredibly slow, and non-existent because the rest of the meta kills it. Also, your win condition can be slow, but as long as you have one, is a perfect beatable matchup. You have 12-14 turns to win my dude.

Why would you run a deck without a win condition? It’s a deck building basic. And if you have a win con in your slow deck, why isn’t it winning you the game?
