I openend a legendary and an epic portrait out of my packs but don’t have every legendary and epic mercenary, information online says you can only open portraits if you have every mercenary of that rarity. I’ve send multiple messags to the support team of blizzard but they din’t quit help and i feel like they were dodging the problem a bit, they said to report it as a bug here if i felt like it was a bug.
I’m still missing 2 Legendary Mercs and have opened 52 packs since the last Merc I got from a pack. It’s not a “bug”… just a terrible flaw that Blizzard probably doesn’t GAF about.
