I beg of you.
You will regret it.
Itâs going to be a pretty polarizing card, but if there are fast decks in the meta it might wind up being too much of a hindrance in those matchups.
Why?
twenty characters
OP, the card was printed a long time ago. And no, they canât stop it from being released. But donât worry, it will get nerfed in a couple of months when the sales campaign ends. So let Demon Hunters have their fun.
Judging by the cards being revealed and God knows whatâs still hidden, aggro is probably dying out besides warlock and hunter and itâs out the window. Too much chaos being created in the early turns now.
Letâs boycott the game until this card is deleted. I sure will.
Imo its the opposite. Because of this card, aggro will become very present in the meta, because you ll have to spend your card very fast in order not to get screwed by glide. No point in keeping your card if you ll lose them anyways by turn 4/6 . Itâll be harder for midrange, control and combo deck.
Itâs true, you will regret. It makes the printer use a LOOOOOOOTTTT of ink.
The card sucks though
Itâll be nerfed in a month. They just need to grab some money first.
So theyâre making each class look like theyâre getting really strong cards so that way people who are losing a lot will think their specific class is getting buffed, so theyâll buy the $80 bundle to continue playing with their renewed hope, but they donât realize that ALL classes are getting cards that look really good so that everyone buys packs, then after a month theyâll nerf the strong cards and the game will suck again and theyâll do this again next expansion?
Apprarently people hate this card already now more than Rez Priest.
I like this card. Pooling a 10 card combo wombo should have a punish since you couldnât do much about it with the crappy tech we had previously.
Fortunately most cards are 1 card combo wombos!
The punish of a 10 card combo is having 10 dead cards in your deck before you assemble the combo. Card advantage is the win condition of pretty much all control decks, having a card which specifically counters this is stupid, especially when Divine Favor got hall of famed even though it was way less disruptive.
Will you take it into your deck? Which card you are going kick off for that?
insert the maniacal laugh of Ben Brode - - - Jr.
Demon hunter s identity:
This class has greater identity crisis than paladin or shaman. I know it went broken this expansion but if things go like this its gonna have 1k cards with no identity nor synergy between them. What a poor job they did after so many years of anticipation for a new classâŚ
All the designs that get are allowed to fly around at the Blizzard office.
Ha-ha-ha. Ah-hah-ha-ha-haâŚ
With all due respect, what other option does Blizz have?
Release intentionally underpowered cards, and buff them after release?
Release an entirely balanced expansion?
Many, many game companies prefer to err on the side of âattempt to balance, but better overpowered than underpoweredâ philosophy. I donât see the problem with that. Theyâve got to release things that make people go âwow, thatâs cool/powerful/different etc.â - or whatâs the point?
Sure it sucks to have your best deck gutted, or to have a single class dominating the meta - but that could happen just as easily with an underpowered expansion - and expecting absolute balance is just an unreasonable expectation.
Obviously thereâs a line, as there is with everything, and a 0-mana 100/100 minion would be absurd. But Hearthstone is relatively balanced, and things do, more-or-less get fixed in time.
