Permanent effects have ruined the game imo

It’s ironic that one of the most hated cards in the entire game (Brann) was their choice to make a permanent effect of recently. It’s almost like they were trolling the community. In reality it was the first step to making a control warrior deck that didn’t go to turns/time. In case anyone missed it their goal is to keep games started and ended within a specific time frame.

That’s a loaded statement. You hated it. Warriors often love it.

Absolutely. They released it right after admitting Brann was a problem.

It’s even crazier when you think about how it was 6 mana lol

“3 mana Brann for a single turn of double battlecries is just broken and creates too many problem. We’re removing it”

“Enjoy the 6 mana Brann with permanent double battlecries”

100% troll move

Since it was introduced into the game it was often referred to as the most hated card. It broke the game on too many occasions. It absolutely holds the record for getting the most cards nerfed or flat out changed.

Double battlecries has gone down in history, but Khadgar and double summons? Either nobody remembers he exists or nobody’s wanted to make the jump and bring BSM to wild.
