Not receiving full mana at start of turn

I have gotten the same bug twice in two days, where some of my mana crystals gets used up even though I have just started the turn. I also have screenshots of it. It’s really frustrating losing two games in this manner and I hope the bug can get fixed.

Either you’re playing Shaman and you Overloaded, or your opponent is a Demon Hunter who played Mana Burn.
