I got Chromie and have her at 30 and done the heroic but I am not being given the task chain for her. As a result I cannot get the Chaos Theory equipment.
with new system tasks are enabled by having Chromie in the party .
So if you start a bounty with Chromie and use the campfire icon the task is visible.
