Overall, I like the ideas for Stormpike Aid Station, Tooth of Nefarian and Flametongue Totem in particular.
I don’t think this would really help Iceblood Tower. (Though the basic idea isn’t bad.)
If Tower were ever going to work seriously for anything, then C’thun should have made it playable.
What Tower is good at is playing a bunch of spells that you need cast, but don’t care about when or what they target. C’thun’s pieces were perfect for that. Rune isn’t, because it’s almost always better to save Rune for when you’re behind, not just YOLO it out whenever.
In one of the theorycrafting streams, Cora mentioned in chat that the Warlock Curse package was nerfed before release because it was both too good in testing and too frustrating and horrible to play against. So, this is likely to be an area where they’re going to be really careful about buffing anything.
