The mage deck,while beeing fun to play if it wasnt for dumb animations,is indeed not very interactive and i can see people not beeing happy to lose against it.
It is not particulary difficult to play,specially not when compared with mage decks from the past like freeze mage or cyclone mage which imo where more difficult
You need get used to the deck but once you are used to it it becomes a bit more obvious. Make sure you have a decktracker,that does help a lot.
Its a fast deck for an otk combo deck and it will beat most slower decks which dont put much pressure. Unless they have a single counter card.
A counter card similar to a hypothetal class legendary anti agro card “1 mana gain 1000 armor” that you can put in your deck to counter all agro decks.
