Missing text for minion during dormant phase PC

When a minion good forget you can’t see the text for it anymore. You have to wait for it’s dormant state to end. Challenging to plan against when facing new cards

[Added 11/3] We are aware that Dormant cards are missing their mouseover tooltip while Dormant. This issue is scheduled to be resolved in the 21.8 patch.
