Mindbender not working in Dalaran Heist

Playing Heroic Violet Prison. Mindbender was summoned from my side of the Violet Hold prison and hero powers on both sides are still active.

Here are some of the commonly reported issues that can be resolved.

Mindbreaker and Sideshow Spelleater in Adventure Missions
These two Hero Power effects are disabled while in Adventure Missions. This is to prevent them from trivializing all of the encounters.
