Alright, did some testing (with the Patchling summoned by the first ability; UPD: Patchling from the second one work the same way).
They also have the Pirate faction.
Works for me.
Yet, they do the damage as they should.
What levels of abilities have you got? Mine were all at levels 5 — or 4 for equipment.
PS Not listed here, either.
Oh, and are you certain you’ve actually got proper equipment?
