When Cthun triggers its Deathblow with Mind Flay the tentacle does not attack.

N’Zoth’s Spawn of N’Zoth (also Charge minion) does not attack at all when summoned, even if selecting a charge target.
The selection comes up, and then nothing happens in the combat.
Running him with C’thun, his minion summon charges properly when summoned directly and not through Mind Flay, so the contrast is even larger.

However when I played N’zoth right after the patch, I didn’t notice Spawn of N’zoth not attacking, though maybe e.g. it fails if the target is dead? (should get a new target like with regular attack imo)

Bumping this since it has not been solved and is also not acknowledged as a feature or bug by devs.

Spawn of N’zoth are still bugged not to attack.

Still not resolved for either Old Gods (N’zoth and C’thun).
Edit: Still not resolved as of v25.0.
Issue exists for me as well. C’thun and N’zoth spawns with Charge do not attack when they enter. Makes it difficult for me to use Old God team.
First of all, there’re a couple of known bugs here:
How so? Gotta say, they’re quite effective, despite those bugs.
It’s July and this bug still persists.
