Mercenaries Bug Haddgar 14/18 mission

Were it those tasks (do you mean numbers 8 and 14, actually? See also below) that, due to bugs, required using Khadgar’s unupgraded abilities in order for the progress to be accounted for and credited?

• Task 8 requires that Arcane Surge not be upgraded, and cannot be achieved by
  other sources of arcane damage.
• Task 9 requires that Hearthfire not be upgraded, and cannot be achieved by other
  sources of attack/health buffs.
• Task 10 requires that Blizzard not be upgraded, and cannot be achieved by other
  sources of frost damage.
• Task 14 Same as Task 9.
