I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game and still seeing the same issue. Is this not happening for all iOS devices?

Same on iPad. Open store click get returns Hearthstone go to store opening screen. In loop. Game not accessible.

When follow let’s go to store the game open screen states in compatibility iOS 9.0 and beyond. Not working could put new players off. Very frustrating as season end approaching and can’t access game at all, even without update.

Same issue on my iPhone 8 13.3.1… glad I’m not alone!
I simply uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it worked. Give that a shot while blizzard works on other solutions
I’ve been unhappy with the mobile app since the release of Dragons. Hopefully this reinstall and update fixes the previous issues too.
iPhone 11 same issue. First sound effects and emotes stopped working, then I downloaded the update and my phone installed it. Now when I try to open the game it takes me to the “lets go to the store to do the new version” then it takes me back to the store where I’ve already downloaded the update.
Tried closing everything and restarting the app
No luck.
Now going to power off my phone and see if that fixes anything.
I’ll report back in 5 minutes
