Interaction between Mukla and quest Pressure the Authorities

So, I had the quest Pressure the Authorities and asked to have 40 attack to get the quest done but something weird happened.
I was at 29, with a minion with 8 attack in my hand and a big banana.
When I applied it to a minion with divine shield (dont know if its related), the quest went from 29 to 31 to 40 in one turn.
The minion was ennuy-o-ton.
