I was returning to game to give it a new try after some time… and found this… come on blizzard, you aren’t a small indie companie just get your stuff together. I mean, it isn’t a weird vietamise product… It is made by google
Btw, yeah, my pixel 6a doesn’t run the game properly
Same situation, First time that i spend money on hearthatone and i think will be the last time

Nice QA fellas. Great time to decide to come back, I got 1 week of the game working and now it’s a flickering mess until the “next expansion”. Has to be a joke.

When will there be any news? Maybe the players themselves solved this problem?
If yes, then post the solution here
Any updates on y’all’s end for this? I have an epileptic friend who has this issue as well and he keeps bugging me to check every week as he’s worried to get on the app. Big oof.

so you keep pushing out new content for the season before making the season playable to a large portion of your player base. That’s classy…
A new expansion has been released, but the game is still broken on Pixel 6! Blizzard is a small company to solve the issue of an entire generation of phones?!

Okay, when do we get our money back for buying a faulty product we can’t use?

Update: I have been using my old Pixel 2 as a workaround for this issue, but … with the last update this week Hearthstone no longer works on my pixel 2 either. Different issue (the menu never displays after the intro box animation plays).
Although both issues seemed to start similarly. Both began with a failure during update.
Frustrating.
Never, Blizzard don’t care about players

Honestly atp whatever they tried to fix I will just deal with because I would at least like to PLAY THE GAME. Like I’ll deal with a little problem here or there if it means I can actually play my cards before my turn ends or I crash. This is why I have a love hate relationship with developers releasing updates.
Still the same issue, Pixel 6a.
Hi all,
Even though this thread has been pretty quiet, we know a lot of players continue to be impacted by this and have been working hard to try and expedite a fix as soon as possible.
There are a lot of moving parts though and it may still be a couple of weeks, but progress is being made and we hope to have more good news to share soon!

At least we know it’s being looked at.
Hello again everyone,
The fix for this be live with yesterday’s 34.0.2 patch if you could give it another try and let us know.
Thanks!
