I played Horn of Plenty, created by Daydreaming Pixie while playing Mage in Arena, but it did not give me the opportunity to discover a spell. I spent the mana, but the spell did not appear to resolve. I was able to continue taking my turn after spending the mana.

I don’t think Mages have any Nature spells in the current Arena card pool.
The Horn had no legal choices it could offer you, so it offered nothing.

Great point, I hadn’t considered that it would offer nature cards from the Mage class which don’t exist in this instance. Thank you for your help!

I’m sure you are correct as to why that happened (no nature cards in that class) but that still is a bug.
The card doesn’t say anything about it being class limited, just that it’s a Nature spell.
The Daydreaming Pixie generates cards from another class and so too should the Horn of Plenty.

Daydreaming Pixie specifically says “a random Nature spell”.
Horn of Plenty says “discover”, not “random”. And as far as I know, Discover is limited to class and neutral choices unless it says otherwise.

So yes, it does say it is class limited.
