Its the fact they lied to the players. They stated you were guaranteed a merc/portrait in every pack. Im Sat here missing multiple rare mercs and portraits while theyre shafting me with coins.
50 coins does not make up for not getting an entire merc. A merc costs substantially more coins to craft than 50
