Grimmer Patron tavern buffs not working

The 3 copies didn’t work, and neither did the +2+2.

That is working correctly except for the visual glitch which is a known issue:

• When using the “Gangs All Here” effect on a buffed minion in a Friendly Encounter, the animation improperly shows increased stats.

In the second tavern screen further in the adventure, I gave it +4+4 (2) cost buff, and that also didn’t work, in the game it was still 3/3.

You would have had four (4) in your Adventure Deck:
3 mana 3/3 Grimmer Patron
3 mana 3/3 Grimmer Patron
3 mana 5/5 Grimmer Patron
5 mana 7/7 Grimmer Patron

So it is possible you still drew the base cost and stat one (now that you know about the other issue).
