After receiving a Dalaran heist run quest I went onto Heroic Mode and tried to select shaman for the first run at Dalaran bank with anomaly on, George the fallen was selected instead, after attempting to select another hero George was chosen again, after trying several other heroes on different heroic runs with and without anomaly mode George appeared instead of all other heroes.
